The Bixby, Okla., native earned the sixth starting spot for the main event and finished fifth at the checkered.
LINCOLN RECAP: Last night at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Penn., Stewart was the sixth-fastest qualifier in Flight 1 of time trials. After starting third in the second heat race, he was running in the fourth spot when the caution was displayed. On the ensuing restart, Stewart slipped back two positions to finish sixth in the heat. He started the Last Chance Showdown from third and finished second to transfer into the 35-lap main event. The pilot of the LMR No. 2 started in the 22nd spot and gained two positons to finish 20th.
